Your access to AdvancedWebProfits.com is subject to the following Terms and Conditions and any other rules of use contained on this web site. In particular you must also agree to abide by our strict anti-spam policy.
Your use of, and/or access to the AdvancedWebProfits.com Web Site fully constitutes your agreement to the terms and conditions stated herein.
Before you can complete the registration process you must first agree to these terms in the relevant section on the registration form.
General
Advanced Web Profits is a private program designed to provide members with opportunities to profit directly and indirectly from the Entertainment and Sports Wagering boom that is sweeping the net, from things such as Targetted Advertising revenue to affiliate and product sales in areas such as Lotto and Online Poker.
Members are classified as affiliates and will earn income from affiliate sales of either advertising, products or other sales. Additionally opportunities will arise for members to make additional income from third party affiliate sales or referrals. Directly will relate to direct sales made by the member or their downline, indirect sales will relate to either sales allocated to that individual randomly by the company or via a share of pooled sales made by the company. In all events these indirect earnings will be made available to upgraded members or members who have otherwise qualified to receive them.
Where income is earned via a third party affiliate or organisation the member hereby agrees that Advanced Web Profits has no control over these third parties and as such in the event of any complaint or issue in relation to the third party the member has no redress to Advanced Web Profits and must take issue with the relevant third party.
Advanced Web Profits will take reasonable and responsible steps to ensure that third party programs listed on the site are fit for purpose and/or honourable but the member indemnifies Advanced Web Profits for any loss or distress caused by their relationship with these third parties.
Registration
Registration for membership takes place on the Advanced Web Profits web site. Your Username will be that chosen by you at the point of registration and, in addition, we require you to choose a password.
You agree to enter only YOUR own email address on our Registration form. Entering someone else's email address so that they receive an unsolicited membership with us will be interpreted as SPAM and your membership will be terminated.
Information collected will be used in accordance with the Advanced Web Profits Privacy Policy as stated on this page.
Advanced Web Profits is not liable for any loss or damage caused by any disclosure of your password or account.
Editing Your Information
You may, at any time, change your personal information by logging to the Member's Area and clicking on the Personal Details link. It is your responsibility to keep your email address and other personal information current and up to date.
Use of Your Email Address
When you provide AdvancedWebProfits.com your email address upon registration, you agree to receive email notification and other messages at that address from us concerning your account and the program in general. We will not sell or pass your details onto a third party and the only email communications you receive shall be from us under the rules set out here.
You also have the option of receiving email messages of support from your upline should you choose to. If you do not desire these then there is an option within the Personal Details section of the Advanced Web Profits Member's Area where you can opt out of receiving such messages.
Termination Provisions
You are able to terminate your AdvancedWebProfits.com membership at anytime.
However, if you do choose to cancel your account then you will lose the benefits from any purchases that you have made or any activities you have undertaken or any referrals you have gained during your membership.
Advanced Web Profits reserves the right to terminate your membership and pursue damages to the full extent allowed by law if:
A member violates the AdvancedWebProfits.com Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy stated herein and/or any of the program policies.
A member misrepresents their membership by submitting incorrect required information.
A member acts against the business interests or reputation of AdvancedWebProfits.com.
As an Advanced Web Profits member, you understand that you are NEVER to direct a communication to any of our staff that is anything other than civil and respectful. Our staff members work every day, 7 days a week to help you. You make it easier for our Staff to help you when you communicate coherently and with respect, providing all pertinent details.
AdvancedWebProfits.com has sole discretion in any and all matters of termination and reserves the right to terminate immediately and irrevocably the membership of any member where there is due cause.
Advanced Web Profits will immediately terminate any member who violates this STRICT policy of Termination Provisions.
Upon termination for violations of any of the provisions herein, you will NOT be paid ANY future earnings. Your membership in Advanced Web Profits immediately becomes void, with no refund of fees.
Third Party Advertising
We will be accepting a wide range of different advertising on our Portals, when they go live, and whilst the advertisers of these sites will have paid AdvancedWebProfits for them to be advertised as part of our service, this should not lead you to assume that the sites/services are trustworthy or good value and you should always carry out your own due diligence and checks before participating in any offers or sites presented to you. Advanced Web Profits cannot be held liable for any loss incurred by a member participating or purchasing from a site advertised on our network..

The AdvancedWebProfits.com web site may contain links to other companies and their web sites. AdvancedWebProfits.com is not responsible, for and makes no representations about, the privacy policies of such companies or the content of their web site.
AdvancedWebProfits.com will exercise a "best effort" in performing a due diligence prior to recommending association with other companies. However, you agree that AdvancedWebProfits.com is not responsible for any relationship (damage or loss) you may have with a third party related to our websites.
Policy Regarding SPAM
AdvancedWebProfits.com does not tolerate the use of UCE (unsolicited commercial email) and spam.
Indeed, every single member must agree to an anti-spam declaration prior to the confirmation of their membership. Failure to adhere to these rules will result in instant cancellation of membership and benefits.
AdvancedWebProfits.com will immediately terminate any account that it believes, in its sole discretion, is transmitting or is otherwise connected with any SPAM or other unsolicited bulk e-mails and postings.
SPAM includes, but is not limited to, unsolicited emails and/or postings in discussion groups, bulletin boards, and other public domain groups. SPAM messages are generally prohibited by most network providers and certain other jurisdictions. Any users sending SPAM messages may be subject to fines and/or imprisonment. AdvancedWebProfits.com does not allow its members to utilize SPAM messages. The company will automatically terminate all spamming accounts.

Compliance of Policy
You agree to abide by all of AdvancedWebProfits.com policies. You also agree to abide by all applicable local, state, province, country or regional legal restrictions that may be applicable to your membership with the AdvancedWebProfits.com program. It is your responsibility to understand these laws and how their affect on your membership with AdvancedWebProfits.com.
AdvancedWebProfits.com reserves the right to change this or any policy at any time without notification. Continued membership in our program indicates your consent to the revised Terms & Conditions.
Limitation of Liability
AdvancedWebProfits.com and its members will not be liable for any delay or failure in its performance under this membership agreement for causes beyond our control. Such causes include, but are not limited to: Computer hacking, system failures Internet failure, acts of war, strikes, labor disputes, acts of nature, etc.
You agree and understand that in no event will officers or directors of AdvancedWebProfits.com be liable for any direct, or indirect, punitive, incidental, special consequential and/or exemplary damages arising out of or in any way connected with the use of this web site or with the inability to use this web site.
Exclusions and Limitations
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or certain warranties or the limitation or exclusion of liability for incidental or consequential damages. Accordingly, some of the above limitation may not apply to you.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless of AdvancedWebProfits.com and its affiliates, officers, agents, or other partners, and employees from any third party claim or demand, including attorneys fees, due or relating to your use of this web site, your violation of this Terms and Conditions, or content you submit to or post on the web site.

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and AdvancedWebProfits.com and shall govern your use of this web site. This Agreement shall supercede any prior agreements between you and AdvancedWebProfits.com. You may also be subject to additional terms and conditions that may apply when you use third party services or content.
If any provision of this Agreement are found to be invalid, the parties agree that the court should endeavor to give effect to the parties' intentions and that the remainder of the Membership Agreement will remain in full force and effect.
If the law of your country, state, or province of residence prohibits or limits your participation as a member, then you are responsible for complying with such laws and you agree to indemnify AdvancedWebProfits.com against any breach by you.
Your AdvancedWebProfits.com membership and the benefits you receive as a AdvancedWebProfits.com member may be transferred to your heirs upon written notice to, and authorization from, AdvancedWebProfits.com.
